Resilient Delta Fund

Building codes establish minimum safety requirements, but they do not always reflect what is needed to make a home more resilient to wildfire, hurricanes, high winds, flooding, and other extreme weather. Building back after a fire is hard enough, and going beyond code can add costs that may not be fully covered by insurance or traditional financing. We call that difference the Resiliency Delta: the gap between a standard, code-compliant home and a home built or retrofitted to a higher level of resilience.

Through partnerships with community organizations, technical experts, and financial partners, we are building a trusted network to help homeowners navigate recovery, preserve insurability, and reduce future wildfire risk.
